Malayil Builders was established in the year 1989 under the able leadership and guidance of Mr. M.M Mohandas as the proprietor of the company. It was later in the year 1994 that Malayil Builders was re-christened as Malayil Builders Pvt. Ltd. under the same proprietor as the Founder.
During these 29 years of glorious existence we have executed many diverse and complex structures in various fields of construction such as commercial, residential, industrial and educational works to the complete satisfaction of our esteemed clients
